Ready to give your skin what it needs to thrive?
Here’s how you start
Book a skin strategy session
The first step towards finally clearing your skin for good is to book a free 30-minute skin strategy call.
We’ll discuss your main skin concerns and health goals you have for yourself as well as how my services can help you with your specific issues. We’ll do a “gut check” and make sure we both feel it’s a good fit to move forward with working together.
If we both feel we’re a good fit to embark on this journey together, we’ll meet again here. In this 90-minute initial consultation, we’ll discuss your medical/family history, current medications/supplements, detailed symptom information, assessment results, and food journal. We’ll work together to design a custom goal-centered plan for you.

WHAT THIS PACKAGE IS
This 6-month program is designed to seek out and holistically target the root cause of your chronic skin issues, not just cover up your symptoms with a band-aid approach. The Restorative Package focuses on whole foods nutritional therapy, decreasing inflammation, gentle lifestyle modifications and supporting gut health (the root foundation of health)- all with the goal of restoring your skin holistically so that you can live your best life.
Because we’ll be supporting your health on a foundational level, this restorative package can also help those with digestive issues, hormonal imbalance issues, mood imbalance symptoms, fertility struggles and much more.
The Restorative Package starts after the Initial Consultation and includes functional gut testing, 8 follow up sessions, a personalized protocol, between-session email/instant messaging support, and a 20% discount for recommended supplements.
Pricing to be determined after initial consultation
*Functional testing needs vary from client to client, therefore, it’s impossible to know what the total package cost will be to each individual until more details are gathered at our consultation.
How does functional nutrition work?
It starts with some paperwork for you to fill out! These forms give me insight on your current diet, how you’re feeling, any and all symptoms you’re experiencing, your family history and your goals for your health. Once I review your forms, we can come up with a focused game plan to get you to your goals. We will discuss several different aspects of nutrition, functional labs, therapeutic foods and supplements tailored to your needs. We will also discuss lifestyle and environmental factors that may be affecting your health. Functional nutrition uses a holistic approach to get your body into balance since we know that symptoms are all connected!
Do you accept insurance?
No. As an unlicensed practitioner, I’m unable to diagnose you with an ICD-10 code. However, if you participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Healthcare Savings Account (HSA), check with your employer because some functional nutrition services may be covered.
Why do i need functional lab testing?
I don’t like to guess! I like knowing exactly what we’re working with so that we know what to target. This way, I can create a more accurate healing protocol for you.
Do you see clients in person or via tele-health?
At this time, I see all clients via tele-health- either with video call or a phone call.
do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I offer payment installments, if needed.
are you able to help me with a specific health issue?
Functional nutrition can help with so many different health issues. If you want to know specifically if I have any experience working with clients that have gone through something similar to you, contact me and ask! I’d love to get in touch.
Do i have to take supplements?
Supplements are a part of most healing protocols. They can be immensely helpful especially if someone is dealing with a gut pathogen that needs to be eradicated in order for them to start feeling better (for example, Candida overgrowth or H. pylori).
There is healing power to food and nutrition, no doubt. But, I always like to try and get my clients better as soon as possible. Most of the time that means adding in supplemental supports in addition to nourishing foods and lifestyle adjustments.
